NFL survivor pool

One pick a week. No repeats. Last one standing.

Run every week of your pool as its own private cash bet. Your group keeps the pick sheet. The stake sits onchain and pays out the moment you agree on the result.

No pick tracking, no schedule feed. You write the question and choose who settles it.

Setting up a week

Three steps, then the link does the rest.

A week takes about a minute to set up. You can create a bet and share the invite link before the first game kicks off.

  1. 01

    Write the week's question

One question with two clear sides, so there is nothing to argue about on Sunday night.

  2. 02

Set the stake and keep it private

Everyone still alive puts in the same amount. A private bet is reachable only through the link you send.

  3. 03

Send the link to whoever is left

Paste it in the pool chat. Whoever is still alive can stake. Whoever is out does not.

Who does what

Poll takes the money off your hands. Not the rules.

Your pool already works. The spreadsheet, the pick deadline, the no-repeat rule: keep all of it exactly where it is.

Poll runs this

  • Collecting the stake from everyone who is still in
  • Locking the stake onchain until the week is settled
  • Recording who is on which side, and for how much
  • Paying the winning side out as soon as the result is confirmed

Your pool still runs this

  • The pick sheet and everyone's weekly team
  • The no-repeat rule and who has used what
  • Who is knocked out and who is still alive
  • The season rules you agreed on in August

Where the money sits

Nobody has to hold the cash for eighteen weeks.

Funds are held in secure, non-custodial wallets on Solana. The Poll team cannot access or move your money. Settlement happens onchain, so anyone in the bet can check it themselves.

Read more about how Poll secures your funds, or what Poll charges.

Group vote

Everyone in the week's bet votes on which side was right once the games are final.

How voting works

Creator confirms

Whoever set the week up makes the call. Useful when your pool already has a commissioner.

How to create a bet

Tie or cancelled

Everyone gets their full stake back with no fee. Nobody has to sort out a refund by hand.

Ties and cancellations

You choose the result method when you create the week. Poll settles from the result your pool confirms and does not promise a specific settlement time.

Before you start

Survivor pool questions, answered.

What Poll does with the money, what it deliberately leaves to your pool, and what it costs.

Does Poll track our picks and used teams?

No. Poll does not hold your pick sheet, the schedule, or the no-repeat rule. Keep those wherever your pool already keeps them, then run each week's stake as a private bet on Poll.

Can we run one pot for the whole season?

Poll bets are two-sided, so each bet pays the side that was right rather than one named person. Most groups run each week as its own bet, then settle the final call together once it is down to the last survivor.

Who decides who was right?

You choose when you create the bet. Group vote lets everyone in the bet vote on the result. Creator resolution leaves the call to whoever set the week up.

Can we keep it to our pool?

Yes. Make the bet private and it is reachable only through the invite link you share. Public bets appear in the Poll feed, private ones do not.

Where does the money sit while the week plays out?

Funds are held in secure, non-custodial wallets on Solana. The Poll team cannot access or move your money. Every settlement happens onchain, so you can check any transaction yourself.

What happens if a week is void or we call it off?

Ties and cancelled bets refund every participant in full with no fee. You can cancel before anyone else has staked, and after that the bet locks so nobody can change the terms.

What does it cost to run a week?

Deposits are free. Poll takes a small percentage from winning payouts only. Withdrawals cost $1 to $2. Ties and cancelled bets carry no fee at all.

Why does this page say cash?

Cash is the plain label for the amount you stake. The balance and settlement asset in Poll wallets is USDC.

Is Poll affiliated with the NFL?

No. This page describes one way friends use Poll. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Football League or any of its teams.
