How do I add funds to my wallet?

You have two options: Apple Pay (fastest) - tap 'Add Funds' in your wallet, enter an amount, and pay. Balance updates instantly. USDC deposit - if you already have USDC, send it to your Poll wallet address found in the Wallet tab. We support USDC on Solana.

Go to your Wallet, tap 'Withdraw', and enter a Solana wallet address that supports USDC. Withdrawals process on Solana and typically complete in under a minute. Send to any exchange like Coinbase or Kraken, or to your personal wallet.

Yes. Your funds are held in secure, non-custodial wallets on Solana. The Poll team cannot access or move your money. Every bet settlement happens transparently onchain, so you can verify any transaction yourself.

Deposits are free. Withdrawals cost $1-$5 depending on if you have redeemed any credit codes. Poll takes a small percentage from winning payouts only. Cancelled or tied bets have no fee. Minimum wager is $1 with no maximum, but only bet what you're comfortable losing.

If you believe a bet was resolved incorrectly, you can dispute it. After a bet resolves, tap 'Dispute' and explain why you think the outcome is wrong. For public bets with verifiable outcomes like sports results, our team reviews disputes and can reverse incorrect resolutions.
