How do I add funds to my wallet?
Add funds via Apple Pay (instant) or by sending USDC on Solana to your Poll wallet address.
Open the Wallet area and choose 'Add Funds' to see the funding methods available on your device.
Apple Pay is available in the supported app flow: enter the amount, review the purchase details, and confirm the payment.
If you already hold USDC, copy your Poll wallet address and send USDC on the Solana network to that address.
Check the network and the full destination address before confirming an external transfer. A similarly named asset sent on another network will not follow the Solana deposit path.
For a first transfer from a new wallet or exchange, consider sending a small amount before moving more.
The balance updates after the purchase or onchain transfer has been processed.
If a deposit is not visible, keep the transaction reference and check that the asset, network, and destination address were correct before contacting support.
Never send a private key or recovery phrase to anyone offering to investigate a deposit.
