What is an offer?

Quick answer

An offer is one person against the rest: you back a side of a game at your own terms and anyone on Poll can take the other side.

An offer is a bet where you set the terms.

You pick a fixture, back a side, and choose how much cash goes on each side.

For example, you lock $50 on Arsenal to win and ask for $45 against.

Anyone on Poll can take the other side, in one go or in pieces, until the offer is fully matched or the game kicks off. A normal Poll bet splits a pot between everyone who joins. An offer is you against whoever takes it.

Only matched cash reaches settlement, so any part nobody takes comes back to you.
