How are offers settled and what is the fee?
Quick answer
Poll settles offers from the official final score. The loser pays the winner and the fee applies to winnings only.
Offers settle from the official final score of the fixture, not a vote.
When the result is in, each matched slot pays out on its own: the losing side's cash goes to the winning side, less a fee on the winnings.
The fee never touches your stake and the exact payout is shown as 'Paid if you win' before you place.
If a fixture is postponed, abandoned or cannot be resolved, the offer is voided and every matched slot is returned in full. Unmatched cash is returned when the offer closes.
Settled offers move to the Results view in the Offers tab with the score and the payout for each side.
