Nudge friends who still need to vote

After you vote, you can nudge the friends who have not. New bets default to Friends only. Two bot dead-ends fixed.

What changed

  • Nudge the friends who have not voted.
  • New bets default to Friends, so a bet is private unless you say otherwise.
  • Telegram: the How Poll Works back button no longer dead-ends, and the first-bet prompt on /start is right for returning players.
