Pick a refund fallback so nobody's cash gets stuck

Bets show exactly when they expire, and creators can set what happens if nobody resolves: refund everyone. Leave or delete a pool from its dashboard.

No bet should leave anyone's cash stuck because the resolver went quiet. On iOS, bets now show the exact expiry time, and creators pick a refund fallback: if nobody resolves the bet, everyone gets their stake back. Ties and cancellations covers the detail.
