Creators on iOS can refund and delete a bet during the voting stage. Amount fields on web bring up the numeric keypad, and the Telegram MiniApp shows bets you joined.
Sometimes the problem with a bet only shows up once people start voting. Creators on iOS can now refund and delete a bet during the voting stage, not only before it.

What changed
- iOS: refund and delete while voting is still open.
- Web: dollar amount fields bring up the decimal keypad on your phone, withdraw fields do not autocorrect an address, and the on-ramp phone step uses autofill.
- Telegram MiniApp: bets you joined show in your list, and wager requirements match the web.
- Create-a-bet refuses a deadline in the past, and the bot's welcome message was rewritten.
