About this draft-date coordinator
Put candidate draft dates and manager replies in one table. The coordinator ranks the dates so the commissioner can see the best overlap and who has not replied.
How it works
- 1Add the league name, candidate dates, and manager names.
- 2Mark each manager as available, unavailable, or waiting for each date.
- 3Compare the ranked dates and copy a summary with the best overlap and missing replies.

If Tuesday has eight available managers and no unavailable replies while Wednesday has seven available and one unavailable, Tuesday ranks first.
What this tool does not do
- The commissioner must enter each reply. Managers do not receive a shared response link.
- The tool does not convert time zones or check calendars.
- Availability is not saved for use on another device.
