Sign-in slides up as a sheet on mobile

On a phone, sign-in and signup now open as a sheet from the bottom instead of a cramped modal. Desktop is unchanged.

A cramped modal on a phone is a bad first impression. On mobile web, the login and signup forms now slide up as a sheet from the bottom of the screen. It fits the keyboard better and you can swipe it away. On desktop the modal stays as it was. Logging in lists every way to sign in.
